What is on the board
Meme Tap is a browser soundboard. Buttons play short files stored for this site: meme buttons, funny sounds, reactions, and similar clips. Visitors can play, favourite, and download. There is no public account and no visitor upload form. Clips still may come from many sources.Meme Tap does not claim to have written every joke or recorded every original performance a title might point at.
Anyone who supplies a file for the library must have the right to do so. Clip names can mention games, films, or people. That is not an endorsement. Those marks stay with their owners.
Copyright
Only content that can sit on the board legally should stay here. If you own a clip, or you act for the owner, and a button uses it without permission, write to us. We review takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other rules that apply. Playing a button on this site is not a licence to put that file in your video, stream, ad, or product.
Removing a clip
We may take a button down, rename it, or hide it if it looks infringing, illegal, or a bad fit for the board. That can happen without a heads-up to visitors. Use Report on the sound page for a broken or unwanted clip. Copyright claims should still go by email as below so we have a record.
No liability
Titles, categories, and files can be wrong, outdated, or fail to load. We do not promise that every clip is accurate, legal, or fine for your use. You are responsible for how you use a downloaded file, including copyright, platform rules, and local law. Meme Tap is provided as-is, without warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for misuse of a clip you heard or saved here.
How to send a takedown
Email abid.saeed.ali92@gmail.com and include:
- Your name, email, and organisation if you have one.
- The full URL of the button (or buttons) you mean.
- What the clip is, and why you can act for the rights holder.
- A statement that, to the best of your knowledge, the use is not authorised by the owner, their agent, or the law.
We will look at it and act if the notice is complete. We do not promise a deadline.
Analytics and ads
The site may use Google Analytics and may show Google ads. Those products have their own terms. See Privacy.
